This course is designed to enable you to gain insight into the leadership of educational change from a number of different viewpoints. This course has been developed for SEDA for those who are working to enhance programmes, courses, student support and staff capability within higher education. You will need to have had at least three years experience of development work and currently have a leadership role. This might be leadership of a team, organisational strategy and policy development, staff or educational development or a major funded project. You will develop the skills and conceptual frameworks necessary to lead others in planning, running and evaluating successful staff and educational development activities and projects.
