What can OCSLD do for you?
The OCSLD team draws upon a wide range of skills and specialisms to support training and development at University, school, directorate and individual level.
Each school and directorate has an OCSLD link development consultant who can provide advice in planning staff and educational activities, or bring in the expertise of the others within the OCSLD team. You can find out who yours is at the web address at the bottom of this page.

We can meet with you (or phone or email) regarding specific training and development issues and then suggest appropriate development solutions.
We also provide opportunities for you to gain interview practice through our Recruitment and Selection programme. Interviewees receive a small thank you in the form of book tokens.
