Performance management

Performance management covers a wide spectrum of activities that are expected from all line managers and supervisors who have responsibility for managing staff. OCSLD offers a suite of courses to help managers effectively manage the performance of their team, which are delivered by both OCSLD Staff Developers and Managers from Human Resources. We also have a range of online resources available to assist you in this.

Support and advice is available form your link HR team. See the HR teams webpage where you can identify the HR staff for your area.

The teams are able to assist with any performance management related queries that you might have as well as discussing specific staffing issues and talking through the most appropriate form of support.
