High quality accomodation

We’re investing £14m to create modern living spaces better suited to our students’ needs and to keep our on-campus community thriving

Brookes has been working with architects, planning consultants and the University community since 2007 to develop a campus masterplan for Harcourt Hill. The first phase of this plan will transform the accommodation we offer to our students.

These new halls of residents are expected to open in time for summer 2012, creating over 300 modern ensuite rooms. Communal social areas, computer stations and study rooms will support an active on-campus community, and a dedicated accommodation block for post-graduate students will provide the same high quality living space.

Once complete, these more energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable buildings will replace the current, outdated accommodation on campus and open the way for future developments of improved academic services while protecting the green, leafy surroundings which create Harcourt Hill’s welcoming atmosphere.
