How to find us

Headington Hill

The Counselling Service is on the first floor of the Helena Kennedy Student Centre, Headington Hill [pdf map].

From the Gipsy Lane site, cross Headington Road to get to the Headington Hill site.

Marion, Jim, Sanya, Annette, Becca, Andrew O'Donovan and Andrew Woodgate work at Headington Hill.

Marston Road

The Marston Road site is just a few minutes walk [pdf map] from the Gipsy Lane site. The Marston Road site houses the School of Health and Social Care, but the counselling here is open to all Brookes students. The Oxford Brookes bus U5 stops outside the site.

Hania works at the Marston Road site [pdf map]. She is in room MRG12

Harcourt Hill

Annette works at the Harcourt Hill site [pdf map]. Harcourt Hill is the site for the Westminster Institute of Education, but the counselling here is open to all Brookes students.

The counselling room at Harcourt is MG25 (ground floor in M Building). There are maps on site to guide you, or you can ask for directions at Reception (D2 building). The easiest route from the bus stop, or visitor's car park, is to go past Reception then take the road around the corner and past the Students' Cafe/Bar (Westminster Square) to M Building. MG25 is on the right-hand side of the building, across a small car park and marked with a small red cone outside the door. There is no waiting area outside MG25 so if you are early please wait in Westminster Square, where there are refreshments and toilet facilities. To respect privacy, please don't wait outside MG25 but arrive at the room at the designated time for your session.

You can get to the Harcourt Hill site using the Oxford Brookes bus U1. This service runs every 30 minutes.
Driving [directions] is not advisable without a parking permit. Permanent parking permits are only generally available if you are normally taught at Harcourt Hill. Although there is a small visitors' car park, it is often full, and you need permission to use it.
