Learning to be assertive
A three hour workshop, to help you learn to be more assertive.

A two hour workshop, to help you stop leaving things to the last minute, or not getting them done at all.

Anxiety Management
A two hour session in which you can learn relaxation skills and other techniques for managing stress and anxiety.
Dates:
Week 2. Wednesday, February 8th, 1.00 – 3.00 pm.

Week 6. Wednesday, March 7th, 1.00 – 3.00 pm.

Therapeutic Group
The group is intended to help you explore issues you wish to address, develop self awareness and improve your skills in relationships. Attendance is for an hour and a half a week, for a minimum of 6 weeks. The group is facilitated by a counsellor.
Dates: Weekly during semesters, Thursdays at 2.15pm
