Workshop: Anxiety Management

Can't relax? ... This is the workshop for you!
A workshop run by 2 members of the Counselling Service.
Relaxation and stress management are skills to be learned and applied, and not just a matter of telling yourself to calm down or relax.
You will learn some simple relaxation techniques to help you reduce tension, improve sleep and concentration, and gain confidence. The sessions provide an opportunity to learn more about what makes us stressed, and share experiences with others.
