Annual Report
We publish an annual report summarizing the work of the Counselling Service.
Evaluation Reports
The Counselling Service evaluates its work in two ways:
Effectiveness
We evaluate the effectiveness of counselling through a measure called CORE, which assesses degrees of distress and difficulties in coping.
Satisfaction
We use a satisfaction survey
