Meals

The Nursery Chef freshly prepares a fully cooked lunch and light snacks each day in the nursery kitchen.

A snack and cooked lunch will be provided for those children who attend the morning session.

Afternoon tea will be provided for those children who attend the afternoon session.

A menu is displayed in the nursery rooms.

If your child is allergic to some food or has any particular dietary requirements please discuss this with a member of staff.

All food is included in the daily rate.

Baby unit

Formula milk which has been provided by parents can be made up by staff. These will be stored in the fridge and warmed when needed. There are facilities for mothers to breast feed. If you intend to continue breast-feeding while your baby is at nursery it is essential to let staff have a definite means of contacting you.

Once your child is weaned and is eating 'proper' food you may choose for your child to have cooked meals provided by the nursery or, until they move up into the 2 - 5 years room, you may bring your own food for them. If you have any queries please discuss this with a member of staff.
