Contract terms and conditions
These terms and conditions solely apply to Brookes Shared Housing and not any other affiliated accommodation.
Leaving your room early
You will only be released from your contract early if:
- you find a suitable replacement person, who is a full time Oxford Brookes student, not already living in Oxford Brookes managed accommodation
- you cease to be an enrolled student of the university and have returned your key and completed an H1 form (obtainable from the accommodation office or see the link below) prior to your departure.
Please complete the H1 Form which needs to be signed by a tutor or course administrator if you are leaving the university, to confirm that you are no longer a student.
