How to apply
When you have viewed a property which you like you will need to return to Stu-Rental between 11 and 3pm Monday to Friday or at the Accommodation Office between 09:30 and 04:30pm Monday to Friday . Offers of accommodation will be made on a strictly first come, first serve basis.
Contracts and Payments
- All members of your group will have to come to the office. You will be requested to each read through and sign a tenancy agreement for the whole period and provide your bank details for collection of the rent.
- For 2012/13 contracts you will be asked for payment of the Booking Fee of £226 (this is non refundable). Payments can be made by Credit or Debit card only. Contracts will not be accepted without this payment.
- Properties cannot be secured and removed from our vacancy list, unless all contracts are signed and received from each member of your group with the relevant booking fee (no exceptions will be made).
- You may take your contract away for review but it must be returned within 24 hours (or the next working day).
