Congratulations!

An Oxford Brookes University graduation ceremony is both a public recognition of academic awards, and a celebration of the individual's and the University's achievements. This is a very special day for you and your family and we hope that you enjoy your celebrations.

Congratulations

Professor Janet Beer, Vice-ChancellorI know you will be pleased to have completed your course at Oxford Brookes successfully. I trust that you have enjoyed your time with us and have found your studies stimulating and engaging. Most importantly, I hope that the university has lived up to your expectations and that you leave us with the skills and knowledge that will equip you for your life and career.

On these pages you will find details of your graduation ceremony. I hope you will be able to attend and that you will bring with you those members of your family or friends who have supported you during your time with us. Graduations are a wonderful time for celebration and are all the more enjoyable if you can share the occasion with those who are special to you.

Your graduation will mark the end of one phase of your association with Oxford Brookes. However, we very much hope that you will be back to take advantage of our short course programmes or to study for an additional qualification as a part of your career development.

On graduation you will also become a member of our Alumni Association and in that sense your link with us will continue indefinitely. I trust that you will take the time to keep in touch with us wherever you may be going or whatever you are doing. The Oxford Brookes Alumni Office looks forward to receiving your news - contact alumni@brookes.ac.uk or +44 (0) 1865 484878.

My congratulations on your success and every good wish for the future.

Janet Beer,
Vice-Chancellor
