Course and Student Administration Team

  • The Course and Student Administration (CSA) Team provides many services to both students and staff across the University and its collaborative partners.

    Key areas of work undertaken by the team include:

    • managing and maintaining all University course information and related structures,
    • managing all aspects of student data for those students on courses outside the Undergraduate Modular Programme (UMP), from enrolment through to final award,
    • Personal Information Portal (PIP) support for all staff (Staff PIP Guide) and students (Student PIP Guide), including running training sessions and managing guidance and documentation. eCSIS support for all (staff) users,
    • being the lead team within Student Central regarding system (PIP and eCSIS) development, liaising with OBIS regarding developments and undertaking testing prior to updates ‘going live’,
    • support for non-UMP exam committees and associated staff all year round with regards processes and regulations,
    • managing and maintaining information relating to students of collaborative partners who have ‘registered’ status.
