Taught Programmes Team

  • The Taught Programmes Team has four main areas of responsibility. 

    The Undergraduate Modular Programme
    The Taught Programmes Team are responsible for the management of processes and regulations relating to the Undergraduate Modular Programme (UMP), including the main Examination Committees.

    Student Records
    The Student Records Team are responsible for the management of UMP student data. This includes: the processing of approved temporary withdrawal requests, permanent withdrawals, subject changes, changes to award aims, mitigating circumstances, change of circumstances, UMP marksheet queries and the production of degree certificates.  

    Programme Support
    The Programme Support Team is split in to two specific areas of support:

    • Providing specialist advice and guidance on matters relating to the UMP, processing late requests for approved temporary withdrawal, mark-up process, UMP and SEC Chair training and the processing of credit entry and mark amendment forms. 
    • Considering financial aid and emergency loan applications and processing Federal Loans. 

    Student Disputes
    The Student Disputes Team are responsible for advice and support relating to appeals, complaints and conduct, as well as reviews of mitigating circumstances decisions.
