Meditation and relaxation can help you to regulate your responses to stressful situations. With regular practice, you can improve your breathing and your problem-solving abilities.
During semester-time, at the midpoint of the week, we meet in Headington to spend some time in still and silence to recharge our physical and emotional selves. All are welcome. For information about meditation for relaxation, download a factsheet (87kb, PDF).
