750 single study ensuite bedrooms. 20 non-ensuite bedrooms, 10 rooms sharing 4 bathrooms. Two of these non-ensuite rooms are double rooms for couples.

Bed-base and mattress, mattress protector, desk and desk chair, reading lamp, wardrobe and curtains. Pinboards for posters. Shower room fitted with a shower, sink and toilet.
All contracts are for 49 weeks (in 2016/17) which Includes utility costs, bus pass, basic possessions insurance and internet access. A £230 Booking Confirmation fee and £200 damage deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation.
A Laundrette is available onsite with coin operated machines.
Other facilities include an on-site common room with tv and vending with refreshments.
The Hall office is available as a source of advice and information. Duvet, pillows and bed linen are not provided but a bedding pack may be purchased upon arrival.
In addition to the rent figure stated, a deposit of £200 will be required. Further information regarding this deposit will be sent to you if you are offered a room in the student village.
Students may be interested to note that Cheney Student Village is a joint Private Funding Initiative Development. As such, Oxford Brookes University have entered into an agreement with UPP-Oxford Brookes Ltd Facilities Management to undertake the day-to-day operation of this hall.
It is a condition of residency whilst living in hall that you do not keep or use a car in Oxford.
