Choose Brookes
Applicants who choose Oxford Brookes University as a "Firm Choice" are guaranteed to be offered a room within one of their hall choices (you must select a minimum of 5 hall choices)*. This guarantee requires that applicants meet all conditions and deadlines attached to their application and that they are holding an Unconditional Offer as processed by the Admissions office prior to hall allocations taking place.
The full Accommodation Allocation Policy is available here.
Applicants who choose Oxford Brookes University as an "Insurance Choice" should still apply for halls however no such guarantee as set out above will apply.
The allocation process will be random in that those who are guaranteed and are eligible, and meet all deadlines and requirements will receive an offer of one of their 5 preferred options using a random computerised allocation system. It is not a guarantee that applicants will get their first or most preferred choice of hall.
