PGCert

Overview

This programme has been developed to examine the issues involved in using e-learning with gifted and talented pupils. This poses a set of complex issues for teachers and this course is designed specifically to offer support to teachers who are interested in becoming familiar with the complex issues of blended learning within the curriculum and how it can be used most effectively with gifted and talented pupils.

Part of your experience on this course will be to work with others to generate ‘best practice models’ for e-learning with pupils in your class. This is an innovative area for professional development as there are few existing examples to draw from. This course offers the opportunity to be part of a professional team who will work together to support and innovate changes in this important educational field.
