Accommodation fees
Oxford Brookes offers many different hall choices. For information about each hall and the cost of living in halls please visit the accommodation pages.
Payment methods 2011-2012
You have a choice of three different instalment plans:
- One lump sum, payable on 10 October 2011, by credit / debit card or direct bank transfer at the beginning of the academic year.
- Three equal payments, on 10 October 2011, 13 February 2012, 16 April 2012, by credit / debit card or direct bank transfer.
- Six monthly payments. Payable by credit / debit card or direct bank transfer, beginning 10 October 2011 until 1 March 2012.
You can enter all your payment details onto your personal accommodation account, when you are sent your licence to occupy.

- Three equal payments, on 8 October 2012, 1 February 2013, 8 April 2013, by credit / debit card or direct bank transfer.
- Six monthly payments. Payable by credit / debit card or direct bank transfer, beginning 8 October 2012 until 1 March 2013.
You can enter all your payment details onto your personal accommodation account, when you are sent your licence to occupy.
Payment directly into Oxford Brookes bank account
Payment can be made directly into the Oxford Brookes bank account.
- For students paying tuition or accommodation fees, please ensure the name, student number and details of payment e.g. halls or tuition fees are clearly marked.
- For applicants paying deposits or advance tuition or accommodation fees, please quote your applicant number or UCAS ID.

Cheney Student Village deposit
If you are staying in Cheney Student Village, you will need to pay a damage deposit of £200 before you collect your room key.
We accept Cheney Student Village deposits either by cheque, bank draft or postal order at the Student Finance Office of Oxford Brookes. The payment should be made payable to 'UPP (Oxford Brookes) Ltd'. You can also pay by credit/debit card at the reception desk at Cheney Student Village. This deposit must be paid before you can have access to your room.
