Centre for Sport

As well as mainstream sports, we run Latin and American dance classes, aerobics, bodypump and circuit training, martial arts, water polo and even cheerleading! You can also stretch, relax and pamper yourself in the sauna and steam room at our gym.
The recent addition of the martial arts dojo/ aerobics studio has led to an increase in the range of activities we offer, which now include Aikido, Body Pump, Boxercise, Capoeira, Ballroom Dancing, Flexible Strength, Yoga, Tai Chi, Karate, SOMA, Taekwondo and general aerobic classes.
