Food Video Library Links

The project is being run by a consortium which involves

• Leeds University
• Oxford Brookes University
• Sheffield Hallam University

The project is funded by the Fund for the Development of Teaching and Learning (FDTL)

Another recent HEFCE initiative is the formation of Learning and Teaching Support Network (LTSN). There are 24 LTSNs covering all subject disciplines. While each subject is allocated to one LTSN, many subjects like Food Science may have interests in other LTSNs. Some of the relevant LTSNs to Food Science are linked to here:

• Bioscience LTSN is based at the Leeds University.
  Food Science is designated to the Bioscience LTSN.
  
• Hospitality, Leisure, Sport & Tourism is based at Oxford Brookes University
• Engineering is based at Loughborough University
