Nicola Timbrell has been a Senior Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University since 1997. She leads the undergraduate Publishing Media modules:

  • U65003 Publishing Technology
  • U65025 Publishing in the Digital Age
  • U65031 Publishing Media Workflow

She is module leader for P65024 Digital Publishing Strategy for the MA Publishing campus courses and P65061 Digital Production and Workflow Manangement for the MA Publishing distance learning course.

Supervision of both undergraduate and MA level dissertations and major projects.

She is Subject Coordinator for the MA in Publishing Media and the MA in Digital Publishing.   As Work Experience Coordinator, with Beverley Tarquini, she maintains close contacts with the publishing industry and organises the essential intern and work experience opportunities for the students studying publishing at both MA and undergraduate level.
