UCU has launched an online database of conditions of employment in UK higher education.

Almost 120,000 staff working in further and higher education have chosen to belong to the University and College Union, the largest and most effective voice in post-school education.
Built on the shared experience and expertise of two strong unions - AUT and NATFHE - the newly created UCU brings together academics, lecturers, trainers, instructors, researchers, administrators, managers, computer staff, librarians and postgraduates from universities, colleges, prisons adult education and training organisations.
