This interactive workshop for academic staff run by consultant, Lorna Froud (previously Head of Careers at Reading and Oxford Brookes) will encourage participants to consider the existing graduate attributes their courses aim to develop and how these are articulated as programme outcomes and integrated in those programmes.
The workshop will also consider important linkages between learning and employability, and especially the links to assessment and the development of the students’ assessment literacy.
Ultimately, the workshop is intended to help participants audit their current approaches to employability and provide ideas on how their course design and practice might be improved.
