Overview

The Sam Zuckerberg scholarship is a fully funded award that gives students from Ben-Gurion University in Israel the chance to study at Oxford Brookes University. The scholarship covers fees, accommodation and a contribution towards living expenses for the Academic Year 2022/23.

Eligibility

Eligibility criteria

  • Wish to study for a one year full-time master’s degree at Oxford Brookes University
  • Have a good undergraduate degree (equivalent to a 1st/2:1)
  • Be under 35 years of age
  • Hold an offer of a place on an Oxford Brookes Masters’ degree course
  • Have an IELTS score of 6.0-7.0 overall
  • Have relevant work experience (if necessary)
  • Be prepared and able to present BGU and Israel in a positive light to faculty and fellowstudents on Campus
  • Undertake to return to Israel after completing their studies
  • Be in financial need
  • Not previously studied in the UK
  • Not previously received financial assistance to study abroad
