Caroline talks about the power of words and affirmations(especially when speaking to ourselves, including our thoughts/beliefs), and how she harnessed this during her journey with breast cancer .

David's company, Happiness Lab, tracks how people feel at work every day. For David, happiness is a continuum where at one end we see the causes and effects of people feeling really good and at the other end we see the signs of people struggling and becoming overwhelmed. David shares his high level insights about what he has learned about work from tracking happiness.
