Brookes Restaurant, Headington Campus
With Christmas around the corner this is an ideal time to attend our festive bread course. This course will be presented by Amanda and Jan and will cover a range of breads including stollen, chalka/challah, as well as more rustic bread to accompany your cheese board. This is a hands on class covering the importance of kneading, proving and fermentation process.
A light lunch and glass of wine will be served at the end of the session giving you the opportunity to relax whilst your breads are cooking.
