Whether you're a vegetarian or not you'll come away from this course knowing how to make the most of local, seasonal produce. Our chef, Victoria is regularly complimented on the vegetarian options she selects for the menu here at Oxford Brookes and in this course she will teach you how to create many of them!
All the vegetables that you'll be using will have been sourced locally where possible.
