Details
This course is suitable for enthusiastic amateurs as well as the more experienced bread makers.
Be prepared for a full day of hands on bread making, covering such things as; Polish poppy seed, spinach flat bread, hot cross buns, chickpea flatbread, Irish soda bread, corn bread.
The course will finish with a light lunch and a glass of wine or soft drink.
