Learn about the principles of gluten free baking in this one day masterclass. You will learn how to make crusty baguettes, light and flaky pastry and velvety muffins.
Our tutor Adriana Rabinovich, an expert in gluten free baking, will unravel the myths of baking gluten free, and show step by step how to get great results baking gluten free. Bread and pastry items will include, baguettes, quiche and sausage pasties, mini Bakewells and muffins.
