Socialising is in the spotlight as we steer our way through unexpected times in 2020 and beyond. But can drinking make a positive difference to our overall health and wellbeing? We discuss the role of alcohol in mid and later life, what influences our drinking choices, and what happens when people's drinking habits change. We will explore the personal and social impacts of drinking, the benefits of having a happy and healthy relationship with alcohol, and how to navigate choices and changes that support living well. Hear views from our panel and join the debate.
