Details

Oxford Brookes School of Architecture students took on a unique real-life challenge to design a treehouse classroom that might one day be built in the woodland of the new Science Oxford Centre at Stansfeld Park in Headington.

In this public lecture, some of the student designers explain the science behind the processes of design, material choice and construction. Architects and educators Jane Anderson and Ralph Saull discuss the value of ‘live’ educational projects and the benefits to the local community.
This “Science On Your Doorstep” lecture is part of a series of events showcasing the Headington area. Free to attend, donations welcome.
