Happiness Through Goal Setting Course.

Learn about: Assertiveness, Self-esteem, Pleasure, Altruism, and Necessity.

This online, moderated 8-week course (to be studied at your own pace) is based on research conducted within Oxford Brookes Business School by Dr Christian Ehrlich.

It is particularly suitable to those people in work (including self-employed, volunteers, students, and part-time staff) but also applicable to those currently not at work due to current circumstances.

The course focuses on participants’ four most important goals – either professional or personal - and shows how these can be adapted to help people become happier in work and life.
