Healthy eating is important for maintaining mental and physical health and a healthy diet and lifestyle becomes even more important for people living with long-term health conditions. The number of people with long-term conditions who are still of employment age is increasing and although remote working/ living has some advantages, this new remote environment can bring challenges to health and diet habits. This seminar will discuss what’s in the food we eat, and how we can maintain a healthy diet through changing and challenging circumstances in order maintain health and wellbeing as we age.
