"Following the death of a loved one our world is turned upside down as we face a future without them. In the midst of this pain we are faced with the added challenge that there is still life to live. Together, we will explore the reality of what we face when we have been bereaved and ways in which we can feel supported.

This talk is delivered by Ruth Swift, Head of Community Development, Age UK Oxfordshire.

Ruth has been creating and building a successful bereavement support network called Late Spring. A mum of 4 adult children and a vicars kid who loves chocolate and people."
