Details
Mindfulness can help us increase awareness and
subsequently make more skillful choices in our everyday lives. When we are more
present, we are often more aware and less reactive and can make decisions from
a stronger, clearer place. Mindfulness helps to reduce stress, enhances focus,
increases self-awareness and awareness of others, enables you to communicate
more clearly and feel more relaxed and at ease.
The course aims to help develop the tools to
understand how to apply mindfulness to our lives. The course tutor is Christina
Sage, a freelance mindfulness teacher and anxiety management therapist.
Course dates:
Starting 22 October 2019, 1.00pm to 2.00pm in The Garden Room, Buckley (BCK)
G.20, Gipsy Lane, Headington Campus
There is a cost attached to the course, so follow the booking link for further details.
