Natural Mindfulness
How often do we rush through life and not notice our surroundings?
The philosophy of Natural Mindfulness is to pay more attention to the present moment by paying attention to the natural world – trees, plants and birdsong.
Natural Mindfulness is being fully present and aware, which can help us to notice signs of stress or anxiety earlier; help us to deal with them better and improve our mental wellbeing by helping us not to overreact or be overwhelmed by what is going on around us.
