Details

Claire Burgess will explore some key elements of Positive Psychology and the links that have been found between a positive mindset, resilience, wellbeing and success.

Research has shown that developing a positive mindset can improve wellbeing and success in the workplace and life in general. This session will cover some of the research findings and give a number of tools and strategies which can be used day-to-day by you to work on a more positive mindset and also to develop and support the people around you.

If you are curious and want to know more on this area, if you’d like to learn more about new strategies to become more resilient and successful, or even if you are a positive person already who needs re-energising – Claire’s talk is for you!

This talk is part of Oxford Brookes’ Feel Good Festival
