Let us take you on a gastronomic tour of Spain, creating a number of vibrant and flavourful Spanish dishes.
This practical course will start with demonstrations by Leon, who represented Oxford Brookes University at international level competition in Spain, two years running, and has a real passion for Spanish food and wine.
This course is suitable for any enthusiastic cooks.
