Details
The Lord's Resistance Movement and Joseph Kony
have become infamous across the world in recent years for atrocities committed
in Uganda. Ethnomusicologist Dr. Peter Cooke has spent time studying the music
of the Acholi people of Northern Uganda and will talk about how the people Kony
has sought to destroy now offer him forgiveness and dialogue.
