For 6 weeks from 20th July to 27th August we have a great range of fun activity sessions taking place for 10-20 year olds with an outstanding team of expert youth coaches. It's pay-as-you-go £2.50 per session for all, members and non-members.
Here's what's going on ...

TRIATHLON

  • Mondays July 20th and 27th, August 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th
  • 5-6pm for 10 to 14 year olds
  • 6-7pm for 15 to 20 year olds

KAYAKING & WATER SAFETY

  • Tuesdays July 21st and 28th, August 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th
  • 5-6pm for 10 to 14 year olds
  • 6-7pm for 15 to 20 year olds

GROUP EXERCISE & PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Wednesdays July 22nd and 29th, August 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th
  • 5-6pm for 10 to 14 year olds
  • 6-7pm for 15 to 20 year olds

FENCING & SELF-DEFENCE

  • Thursdays July 23rd and 30th, August 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th
  • 5:30-6:30pm for 10 to 14 year olds
  • 7:30-8:30pm for 15 to 20 year olds

Participants can try as many activities and sessions as they like.
Max. 10 participants per session (early booking advised).
Participants need to arrive at least 15mins before sessions start.
