With Christmas around the corner this is an ideal time to attend our festive bread course at Brookes Restaurant.
We will be covering a range of breads including stollen, panettonne, chalka-challah, as well as more rustic breads to accompany your cheese board. These are perfect for the festive season and you will take home all that you make.
This is a hands-on class covers the importance of kneading, proving and the fermentation process.
A light lunch and glass of wine will be served at the end of the session giving you the opportunity to relax whilst your breads are baking.
