DRESS UP AND COME DOWN!
The theme for 2014 is Oxford Faces, reflecting the many different people and cultures within our city.
Oxford Brookes is proud to be a partner of this year’s Cowley Road Carnival and as well as supporting the festival, we will be there on the day with fun activities for families on the Asian Cultural Centre Area.
