The UK workforce works the longest hours in Europe. Popular and well known occupational health expert Sir Cary will explore the pressures individuals are under during these difficult economic times and the cost of stress at work.
Author of top ten stress-busting suggestions on the NHS Choices website, Sir Cary will also be outlining strategies for dealing with modern day work pressures.

PROFESSOR SIR CARY L COOPER, DISTINGUISHED PROFESSOR OF ORGANISATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY AND HEALTH, LANCASTER UNIVERSITY
Professor Sir Cary L Cooper is a leading expert on workplace issues such as occupational stress, women at work and industrial and organisational psychology. Professor Cooper is a frequent contributor to media debate and author/editor of over 160 books. Sir Cary was knighted in 2014 for services to social science.
