Conference Theme:

The ability of HR professionals to deliver insight in their organisations is underpinned by key research skills.  Defining clear objectives, analysing data and communicating findings and implications are increasingly recognised as essential tools for HR practitioners. During the conference we will showcase a diverse range of HRM research projects completed by Oxford Brookes HRM students all of which demonstrate the significance of generating evidence-based insights.
