A chance to impress your friends by learning how to cook authentic Indian dishes.

Our guest Kashmira will be sharing her wealth of knowledge in Indian cuisine, including the use of a variety of spices. Kasmira will be teaching us how to cook dishes that have been passed down through her family for generations as well as some recipes that she has discovered from her travels around India.

Assisted by Amanda, the day will be very hands on and feature demonstrations.

Dishes on the day are:

  • Aloo Tikki wich will be served with chutneys
  • Goan Chicken, Aubergine Bhartha, Chappati

At the end of the course, everyone’s efforts will be rewarded with your choice of a glass of wine or a soft drink and a sit down meal of the food that you have cooked during the day.
