Part of Oxford Brookes University's contribution to the FT Weekend Oxford Literary Festival. An exploration of the life, work and influence of Jane Grigson, one of the UK's most acclaimed food writers. Contributors to this panel discussion will be acclaimed food writer Geraldene Holt, novelist Paul Bailey, and Jane's daughter Sophie Grigson, herself a food writer and broadcaster. The session will be Chaired by Donald Sloan, Head of the Oxford School of Hospitality Management.
