Details
The annual Oxford Book Fair is one of the largest of its kind in the UK.
Held each spring at the Oxford Brookes University Headington Campus, offering good transport links via bus, rail and car, and an on-site cafe in the John Henry Brookes Building.
Over 100 dealers offer tens of thousands of rare, collectable and second-hand books, maps, manuscripts and ephemera.
The Oxford Book Fair frequently attracts the attention of both local and national press. This has included articles on notable highlights such as original Henry Taunt photographs and an archive of the First World War aviator who coined the term 'joystick'.
Parking is available nearby either on the street outside the venue (Gipsy Lane) or at the Headington Hill car park.
Oxford is also very well served for park and ride services - with full details available here: http://parkandride.oxfordbus.co.uk/
