Two postgraduate research students in Anthropology will present on the subjects of their research with a Q&A discussion after each presentation. Brittany Rapone, who earned her MSc in Primate Conservation at Oxford Brookes University will present her PhD research on "The Ways Japanese Culture Shapes the Demand for Exotic Pets in Japan". Alexandra Chesters, who graduated BSc with honours in Anthropology at Oxford Brookes University will present her MSc project "The Joy of Possessions and Decluttering in Japan and the West". This seminar is free and open to all but registration is required.
