Farhad and his family are living in Iran as refugees after the war in Afghanistan. His 8 year old daughter Meena wants to go to school, but is forbidden from doing so in Iran. Her father, in a desperate attempt to keep his daughter in education, begs his boss to loan him some money. The boss refuses and Farhad resorts to stealing the money he desperately needs in order to try and keep Meena in school so that she can fulfill her dream of becoming a doctor. With an introduction and Q&A by the film maker and lead actor, Asad Sikandar.
